Where We Come From
As immigrant children from small business families, we owe much of our success to the opportunities these SMBs provided us. They helped shape our lives, enabling us to move across the world, establish new lives, pursue college and forge our professional careers. We all come from small business families, where the essence of hard work, hustle, and dedication was instilled in us from an early age.
What We Did
Many of us spent our formative years working in those mom-and-pop shops, learning firsthand what it means to serve customers, manage operations, and face the challenges of running a small business. We continued on joining management consulting, IT in banking and healthcare at leading instituions and organizations.

Bringing everything full circle, our goal is to bring carefully vetted real estate and small business investment opportunities to our communities while applying our collective experience, support system and subject matter expertise as operating partners and advisors to business owners.

Chris Missling

Chris started as an analyst in 2012 for the first SFR REIT where he assisted in over 400 transactions in Tampa. In 2015 Chris, worked as an aggregator for a SFR Fund who acquired 2,700 properties in the Southeast Region, including Atlanta's MSA, starting with a portfolio of 18-rentals from Chris. In 2020, Mr. Missling assisted on the launch of a Minneapolis boutique brokerage firm's first acquisitions of multifamily properties in the cities. His experience includes fix and flipping homes, stabilizing 40-single family rentals and a 64-unit apartment as an owner-operator. In addition, Chris has experience in underwriting, property management, public speaking, and raising equity. Chris is currently the SVP of Multi-family & Investments for NAI Legacy. His expertise is in multifamily, developments, and value-add transactions. He has additional experience in syndications, senior living, tax advantage options, self-storage, and retail transactions.

Matt leads East Harriet Capital, a firm specializing in Midwestern multi-family real estate investments with over $80MM in assets under management. Known for its impact-driven approach, East Harriet Capital focuses on identifying high-potential properties and enhancing their value through strategic renovations, repositioning, and efficient management. Supported by a dedicated team of over 20 construction and administrative professionals, Matt and his team deliver reliable, high-quality results for each unique investment.

Marshall Nguyen is the Founder and CEO of Wyn Group, a Commercial Real Estate Investment and Brokerage firm based in the Twin Cities of MN. Apart from his role at Wyn Group, Marshall also serves as a strategic Partner at Pacifica Square USA. This company specializes in acquiring and developing properties in high-density and thriving Asian markets across the United States. Tony Lin

Tony Lin is a visionary entrepreneur and successful principal with a wealth of experience in engineering, real estate investing, and commercial development. He has achieved remarkable success in his career, holding key tech and management positions in several multi-billion dollar IPOs and acquisitions in the tech industry. With a passion for real estate investing, Tony has sponsored several value-add projects in the commercial multifamily space, totaling 860 units and worth over $100 Million in Texas. He has also partnered with other industry leaders to invest in over 4,000 apartment units across Texas, Phoenix, Indiana, and Kentucky. Tony's diverse business portfolio extends beyond real estate, including ownership of a large commercial plumbing business in Los Angeles and a self-storage construction project in Milwaukee, WI. His ability to identify and capitalize on lucrative investment opportunities has earned him a reputation as a shrewd and savvy businessman.
